Over the course construction of Tugu Reservoir, it is proposed to build a spillway gate increase its performance as flood control infrastructure. The planning requires calculation design discharge for Reservoir Catchment Area. latest was carried out during in 2010. Therefore, necessary evaluate and recalculate using data. This study aims model Area HEC-HMS software. software able simulate rainfall-runoff modeling catchment area. Based on field conditions, has parameters, curve number value 79, impervious 5%, lag time 4.81 minutes. result shows that Q100 369,30 m3/s; Q1000 656,70 QPMF 995.30 m3/s. test Creager Graph, still reasonable category with C below 100. not much different from Construction Planning
